Refund Policy

In line with B3's Specialized Goods Trading policy, it is the policy of "B3's SHOP PH" to consider payments for products as positive confirmation that the customer fully understands the business product. "B3's SHOP PH" will not honor any request for a refund or a cancellation of the transaction due to a change of mind on the part of the customer after order has been placed and payment has been made. All products are sold as is and the customer assumes the responsibility for the product.

As a matter of standard operational procedure, all bundled devices and goods are sealed and in great condition. All are tested before shipping.

Note: Return will only be accepted within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise, provided the item/s is in their original packaging with tags and complete accessories. and only due to factory defect. Mishandling, misuse and change of mind will not be honored. 

 

Payment and Shipping Policy

It shall be the policy of dealer-affiliate "B3's SHOP PH" to demand full payment in legal tender for any product before any shipment is arranged or product turned-over to the customer. The dealer-affiliate will send a photo of the delivery receipt, tracking number if applicable and approximate delivery date as a matter of procedure and good faith in the vendor-customer relationship.

While delivery services possess a 99% reliability rating, certain circumstances may lead to delays or misdirection of the product; in such situations, the dealer-affiliate will undertake best effort to direct the shipment to the correct consignee or pick-up point with the cooperation of the customer. As mentioned, while the approximate delivery date is provided, "B3's SHOP PH" does not provide a guarantee, whether implicit or explicit that the shipment will arrive on such date especially with regards to remote delivery areas or those with an incomplete address.

Data Privacy Policy

In the course of registering dealer & registration accounts and their shipping, dealer-affiliate "B3's SHOP PH" may collect personal data including but not limited to: full name, residential address, birth date & contact information in order to facilitate the subscription & transaction. It shall be the policy of "B3's SHOP PH" to safeguard the above-mentioned data, release such data upon the express authorization of the owner and only utilize such data in the course of B3's SHOP PH-related business activities.
